User has received a successful completion confirmation but not received services and payment is credited to Rinova Utility Account.
All transactions which have failed for any reason directly attributable to Rinova Utility and Rinova Utility has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to User's bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User's email id registered with Rinova Utility. However, for cases where User has received a successful completion confirmation but not received services, User is require to log a complaint by sending an e-mail to customer care Email ID given on this website. Rinova Utility shall enquire the matter after receiving the complaint from the User and based on the enquiry may refund the payment.
I made a payment, but my transaction did not get success. What to do? Please login to your Rinova Utility account and check your Rinova Utility balance, If your did not get balance send a email to our Customer Support ( Support@rinovautilities.com ) form and mention the transaction reference number.
Rinova Utility gives refund if payment is successful, and payment is credited to Rinova Utility Account.
All return request will be accepted within 7-days from date of transaction and amount will be automatically refunded to User's bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User's email id registered with Rinova Utility. Only the actual transaction amount will be refunded excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes.
